This document details the steps for registering a Responder to receive SMS notifications from the HID Staff-Safety product. A “Responder” is an individual that needs to take action when a Staff-Safety Event occurs. The Staff-Safety notification may be sent to many users at one time. If the notification is not acknowledged within a specified time frame, then the system may resend the notification and may widen the distribution list.
