07. In depth look into Dashboard
In this document we will go through the Dashboard to describe the things you will see in the different dashboards created to summarize devices performance
NOC:
This is where you will find general information about how well your system is running
This is used to live monitor the system and have a central location where you can see the health of the devices
On the top row you will see the percentage of the devices you have that are functional and working properly
The next thing you will see is the number of different violations in the last 24 hours. This will show up in the form of a graph
Note that each data point is the number of new violations at that time and not total amount of violations active
Below the graph, you will have a list of all Beacons. The beacons with violations are at the top
Fleet:
Fleet is your way to see how a location is performing from a visual perspective
From the Fleet screen, you are able to see health of Beacons by location
Pick any location from the dropdown menu to load the map, the location will load and you are able to see some statistics on the right side of the location
Click any Beacon or BluFi to see some quick and useful information about it; if you would like to move to that specific beacon screen, simply click the expand button on the left (two arrows pointing in different directions)
You are also able to arrange the devices on the map by dragging them around and accepting the change
One of the best features about this map is the tag search. left of the location dropdown, there is a box that you can filter devices that show on the map
This is a "include box", meaning that every tag you will write there will show on screen even if the device has only one tag
Alerts
This tab is your way to know all the currently active alerts on the system.
Simply click the alerts tab on the top and you will see a list of the alerts.
you can see the type of alert, name of the device, its ID and the time and date of when it was created.
