1. Failed to write Eddystone URL advertisement data
   Writing a beacon configuration may fail for factory fresh beacons when Eddystone URL broadcasts are disabled in the configuration.
   This issue can be circumvented by first writing a configuration with Eddystone URL broadcasts being enabled using a valid URL.
